Detonator Blocks for Industrial Blasting

  • Т-800 Detonator Blocks for Industrial Blasting are conoid cast TNT detonator blocks in polymeric or paper casings with two channels (through and lateral). They can be initiated by devices applied nowadays: electric detonator, detonating cord and non-electric initiation systems.
  • ТH- 400, ТH-500, ТH-800 Detonator Blocks for Industrial Blasting. Cylindrical cast TNT-RDX detonator blocks in polymeric or paper casings with two channels (through and lateral) are characterized by the capability of stable detonation. Initiating devices: electric detonator, detonating cord and non-electric initiation systems.

Т-800 Detonator Blocks

  • Suitable for use as boosters for initiation of borehole charges and other charges of low-sensitive industrial explosives in open pit mining for faces of any water content, in mines and pits which are not combustible dust and firedamp explosion hazardous.

  • simple manufacturing process, waterproofness (owing to a polyethylene casing).

DETONATOR BLOCK PACKAGES

TU U 24.6 - 14310112 - 001 – 2001

 

Detonator block packages are used as boosters for initiation of borehole and other charges of secondary industrial explosives for fragmentation of boulders by mud caps and blast-hole charges in open pit mining.

 

Production Range of Detonator Block Packages:

ТЕ-500 Detonator block packages are composed of 4 Tetryl blocks each of 42mm diameter and 125±5g weight, wrapped in cartridge paper (GOST 876) or packaging paper (GOST 6662), in polymeric casing. The total weight of each package is 500±30g.

АТЕ-120 Detonator block packages are composed of one Tetryl block of 30mm diameter, 57,5±5g weight and ammonite 6ZhV cartridge of 32mm diameter and 70±5g weight, packaged in polymeric casing. The total weight of each package is 120±20g.

АТЕ-1660 Detonator block packages are composed of 25 Tetryl blocks of 30mm diameter, 57,5±5g weight, wrapped in cartridge paper (GOST 876) or packaging paper (GOST 6662) and ammonite 6ZhV cartridge of 32mm diameter, 70±5g weight, packaged in polymeric casing. The total weight of each package is 1660±50g.

АГФA (AHPA)-140 Detonator block packages are composed of one block of phlegmatized hexogen and aluminum of 32mm diameter, 75±5g weight, and ammonite 6ZhV cartridge of 32mm diameter, 70±5g weight, packaged in polymeric casing. The total weight of one package is 140±20g.

АГФA (AHPA)-1670 Detonator block packages are composed of 10 blocks of phlegmatized hexogen and aluminum, of 32mm diameter, 145±5g weight, wrapped in cartridge paper (GOST 876) or paper for packaging (GOST 6662), as well as a 6ZhV ammonite cartridge of 32mm diameter. The package is in polymeric casing. The total weight of one package is 1670±50g.

On customer’s request, the detonator block packages can be manufactured of blocks that have undergone disposal, such as Tetryl blocks, blocks of phlegmatized hexogen or phlegmatized hexogen and aluminum of 50 to 250g weight, with or without 6ZhV ammonite cartridge, of total weight ranging from 500g to 2000g. The designations for detonator block packages are as follows:

Nominal net weight of detonator blocks delivered in a corrugated cardboard box is 25kg, and 40kg if delivered in a wooden box.
