Etera is a portable FPV video-signal detector and individual RF monitoring device designed to detect hostile FPV drones at an early stage. Operating in a fully passive mode—without emitting any signals—the device remains invisible to enemy systems. It automatically scans the spectrum and detects analog FPV video sources across three frequency bands: 1080–1360 MHz, 3060–3500 MHz, and 4900–6060 MHz.
Once powered on, Etera begins automatic scanning with a full cycle lasting only 4–8 seconds. The device measures signal strength, ranks detected sources, and generates audio/vibration alerts when the threshold level is exceeded—giving fighters valuable extra time to react.
Etera is equipped with a 5.7-inch high-brightness HD IPS display that shows the intercepted FPV feed. This allows the operator to view the enemy drone’s camera image, determine its direction, estimate distance, and identify potential targets. A secondary service screen displays band activity and device status.
The operator can manually adjust scanning parameters and choose between 7 scanning combinations (5+3+1; 5+3; 5+1; 3+1; 1; 3; 5), optimizing detection time depending on the operational environment.
The metal housing increases durability under harsh conditions, while the built-in battery provides 5–6 hours of autonomous operation. When used inside vehicles, armored platforms, bunkers or buildings, external antennas are recommended to ensure stable reception.
Etera significantly enhances unit protection, helps identify FPV threats early, provides operators with crucial reaction time, and becomes an essential component of a modern frontline safety system.
