Today, on March 4, 2019, in the course of investigative measures, the staff of the National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) detained Mr. Vladyslav Belbas, director of the SE SFTE "Spetstechnoexport". The reason of company's head detention is to investigate the conditions of the implementation of one of the company's export contracts in 2009-2016 (for reference: Mr. Vladyslav Belbas was appointed to the position of director of "Spetstechnoexport" in June 2018; until then, since October 2014, he served as a deputy director of the company). The investigation of this case is being conducted by the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine since 2017.
Also, on March 4, the detectives of NABU carried out investigative measures at the "Spetstechnoexport" office in Kyiv. The investigators were given access to all requested materials. The company and its management continue to contribute to the investigation process and continue to provide all the necessary documents. The investigation of the case continues.
We emphasize, that “Spetstechnoexport” company continues to work in regular mode, fulfilling all its obligations to its Ukrainian and foreign partners.
