UAV complex
PD-2 is a multipurpose modular fixed-wing UAS with a wide range of options and payloads to fit any mission and operational environment. PD-2 is a conceptually new product obtained through a large list of innovations and upgrades based on the long-term operation history (more than 10,000 flight hours) of the previous flagship UAS PD-1.
Almost all components and modes of the unmanned aerial system were modernized.
ENGINE
Reliable 4-stroke engine for 10 hours endurance. Electronic fuel injection upgrade is available for maximum endurance (up to 30% fuel economy).
ON-BOARD STARTER GENERATOR
Remote engine, an automatic engine in flight, 300W on-board generator. All in one compact package.
FUEL TANK
12 liters fuel tank.
Maximum fuel reserve for maximum autonomy.
MODULAR DESIGN
Flight preparation in less than 10 minutes. 5 meters wingspan options launch.
CATAPULT / CAR TOP LAUNCH / TROLLEY START
Allows to launch UAV from nearly any unprepared location. Car top launch is also available.
PARACHUTE RECOVERY
Landing has never been so easy.
All landing procedures are done in automatic mode. Parachute or runway landing is fully controlled by the flight controller.
