The AN-148-201 is a regional passenger jet that meets all the modern world requirements, safety, and ecological standards. 92 passengers over a distance up to 3500 km. AN-148-201 is powered by D-436-148 engines. The engine is equipped with automatic control and monitoring systems that optimize the operation of the engines at all the flight stages, increase their reliability, decrease fuel consumption, and direct operating costs.
Modern navigation and radio communication equipment, multifunctional indicators, the fly-by-wire system allow operation of the AN-148-201 on any air routes including those with intensive air traffic, under VFR and IFR weather conditions, in a day and by night. The aircraft is equipped for both manual and automatic control including flights on pre-programmed routes. AN-148-201 passenger compartment has the following layout versions: from 82-seat two-class layout with a pitch of 28'' in economy class, and 35'' in business class to 92-seat single-class layout with a pitch of 28''.
